China needs the entrepreneurs,not economists

Chinese economy has gotten great achievement over the past forty years,The main reasons are reform and opening up.The government of China has transformed the plan economy to the market economy stage by stage.Many regulations and documents to restrict the development of private enterprises were abolished,so a lot of private enterprises have developed greatly,and manufactured huge and variety of products to meet the people’s need.People bought the products and the enterprises got progress,then the economy became development.A virtuous cycle began.our company was founded at that time,we supported the larger enterprises to produce the small metal parts at first,now,we have wire edm parts,guide pulleys,EDM precision electrode replacing holders,edm and milling machine pneumatic chucks,molybdenum wire and die sinker parts consumables filters series, etc.Those have the characteristics of high precision,efficiency and low cost to meet the kinds of enterprises needs,our company has developed in to an enterprise with research and production capacity recently.The other reason is that Developed countries in Europe and the United States need a country with cheap labor and strong production capacity,and China has this advantage,So China joined the WTO,Ushered in Chinese moment.A large number of foreign enterprises entered China,They brought advanced technology and managements,which has helped the development of local Chinese enterprise.

At the same time,two kinds of people have emerged in China.one is entrepreneur,the other is economist.In the west,both of them mostly stand for the free market economics.but in china,entrepreneurs stand for the market economics,and the economists represent power.In the last 40 years,Chinese people and the entrepreneurs tried to create lots of wealth and jobs,and the economists acted as the advisers of the governments on how to distribute the wealth for whole country.The relations of China and US have gotten worse in recent years,the foreign enterprises evacuated from china one after another,The US and Europe orders are not given to the companies in China,and Chinese economy has deteriorated.Estate and stock markets have been down too.Many policies to stimulate the economy have come out, but there is no sign of any improvement in china.more people are becoming disappointment.And across the ocean in the United States,the stock-market and economy are doing well.

For more than 70 years,The United States has been Chinese economic and political opponent and partner.What’s the reason for the worse economy of China?We need to learn why the United States economy is up firstly.The Americans most familiar to the Chinese people are Elon Mask,Steve Jobs,Bill Gates,etc.not Biden or Trump.Those people are all science entrepreneurs and they changed the Chinese people’s lives.Their enterprises gave us lots of jobs and sciences in kinds of fields,which has improved the economy of china greatly.These excellent entrepreneurs have made great contributions to the innovation,and met the needs of market customers.So we can know that meet the customer’s needs,innovation,and entrepreneurs are the keywords.Now,we are looking back at China,the economists thought that Chinese households have $18 trillion in savings,that would be enough to boost the domestic consumption without the US orders,They called it inner cycle.the economics of China have no problem.But,Reality hits their faces quickly,the data of economy is getting worse.They couldn’t know the market and human nature,and they foolishly thought the people with savings are going to buy and consume in large quantities. The entrepreneurs think that people will spend money to buy products that are valuable to them,not with saving.Chinese purchases of Tesla cars illustrate this point.Tesla cars Tesla continues to roll out new features and lower prices that make the customers satisfied and recognize its value.Only entrepreneurs respect the market and human nature,they are willing to create value for customers through the innovations.So,Whether there are good entrepreneurs is the main gap between the United states and China.there are google,Apple,Microsoft,Mordent,Space-X,Nvidia,etc,Looking back at China,only Huawei that is sanctioned by the US.

In the future,Chinese continues to reform and open-up,enterprises in china are going to grow up,and the Chinese entrepreneurs will let the world realize the value of made in china,That’s what President Biden doesn’t want.
